I've always had the passion for the preparation of food. I love it when someone tastes or dig into the food that I have prepared, to see their reaction... PRICELESS! Now I can add the word cuisine! I took a special interest in BBQ, when I lived in the south... where I learned how to smoke, seer, and Grill, I continue to learn and thanks to Escoffier, my skills have heightened!

Chef Frederick philosophy or approach to barbecue is simple - use the best quality ingredients, choosing the right smoke, cook low and slow, and let the flavors speak for themselves. I believes that barbecue is not just about the food, but also about the experience. From the moment customers walk up to Hello Mr Grumps BBQ smoker canopy, they will be greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere, and impeccable service. I believes that great food and great service go hand in hand, and  I will make the assumption that I’m majority of my customers will depart with a look of satisfaction upon their face's.
